Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount on fa 999 is ৳100 (one hundred taka). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Bank transfers can be made through major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The method and account used for withdrawal must match the method used for the deposit.
4.3 Transaction Security

5.1 Welcome Bonus Terms
The fa 999 welcome bonus is a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Before claiming this bonus, the user must fully read and confirm the bonus terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Before withdrawing funds received from a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times (10x). Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,200, making the total balance ৳2,200; the wagering requirement on the bonus is ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000. Another example: on a deposit of ৳16,800, the bonus is ৳10,000 (the maximum), total balance ৳26,800, and the wagering requirement is ৳10,000 × 10 = ৳1,00,000.

5.3 General Terms for Promotional Offers
Each promotional offer is valid for a specific period. Bonuses cannot be claimed after the expiry date. Whether multiple bonuses can be used at the same time during a promotion will be stated in the relevant offer's terms. VIP members will receive weekly cashback according to their tier, based on their total net loss for the week.
Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 General Betting Rules
All bets placed on fa 999 are considered final once confirmed. In the event of a technical error or misunderstanding, fa 999 reserves the right to void or amend a bet. The stake of a voided bet will be returned where applicable.
6.2 Sports Betting
In sports betting, outcomes are determined based on the official results of the relevant sports governing body. If a match is postponed or cancelled, a decision on the relevant bet will be made in accordance with standard betting rules. In the case of multi-bets, if one selection is voided, that selection will be removed and the bet recalculated based on the remaining selections.
6.3 Casino and Slot Games
The outcomes of all casino games are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). The RTP (Return to Player) information for each game is available on that game's information page. In the event of a game interruption or disconnection, the last data recorded on the server will be treated as final.
6.4 Live Casino
In live casino games, the dealer's decisions and the platform's rules are final. If a bet is left incomplete due to a connection issue, a decision will be made based on the information recorded on the server.
Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited, and if such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately:
- Opening or operating more than one account by a single individual
- Registering an account using a false or incorrect identity

- Using automated software, bots, or other technical tools to gain an advantage in gaming
